Emulsion Systems

E-CRYL® 11 is an emulsion polymer opacifier with high opacity and compatibility with mid-range pH systems. It is used to add opacity to light duty liquid detergent formulations, personal care products, and hard surface cleaners. The product is a white emulsion with excellent oven stability and freeze/thaw stability, making it highly biodegradable and compatible with most anionic and nonionic systems.

E-CRYL® 123

E-CRYL® 3600 is a metal crosslinked, APE-free floor finish concentrate with low ammonia and acrylic odor. It provides ultra-high gloss with exceptional durability, resisting black heel marks and is easy to remove with normal stripping procedures. Suitable for both conventional and high-speed systems, it dries quickly and can be recoated within a short time frame.

E-CRYL® 4163

E-CRYL® 4163 is an APE-free floor finish concentrate with excellent resistance to isopropyl alcohol and detergent solutions. It provides a high gloss finish with exceptional durability, minimal odor, and is suitable for use in hospital settings. The product has a solids content of 35-37% and offers high coverage, making it ideal for commercial and industrial applications.

E-CRYL® 5009

E-CRYL® 5009 is a metal crosslinked floor finish concentrate that provides outstanding scuff resistance, high off-the-mop gloss, and excellent recoatability. It offers excellent buff response with 1000-3000 RPM machines and synthetic blend pads, making it ideal for high-traffic areas requiring durable and glossy finishes.

E-CRYL® 7125

E-CRYL® 7125 is a styrene/acrylic emulsion designed for concrete sealers. It can be used as a sealer for interior and exterior concrete, providing excellent water retention and durability without requiring acid etching. It is formulated to meet ASTM C309 and C1315 standards for water retention and provides great initial gloss and excellent water and detergent resistance.

J-TBEP

Emulsion Systems

J-TBEP is a clear, colorless liquid used as a flame retardant and plasticizer in various applications. It is known for its excellent hydrolytic stability and low toxicity. The product has a mild, butyl odor and is soluble in most organic solvents. The product is also suitable for improving the flexibility and durability of plastics, including PVC, polyurethane, and synthetic rubber. J-TBEP also acts as a flame retardant in textiles, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. It is also used as a solvent in inks, dyes, and detergents.
