SYLYSIA® 550

Fuji Silysia Chemical USA Ltd.

Fuji Silysia Chemical USA Ltd. · SYLYSIA®

SYLYSIA® 550 is a 3.9 µm average particle size, non-treated, amorphous silica powder used for matting, anti-blocking, and thickening across a variety of coatings and adhesive formulations. As part of the SYLYSIA 500 series, it is distinguished by its high density, high porosity, and low bulk density, which support effective gloss reduction and viscosity stabilization. SYLYSIA® 550 is widely used in paints, inks, plastic films, and sealing components where sedimentation control and adhesion enhancement are essential.
