SYLYSIA® 460 is an 11.0 µm average particle size, non-treated, amorphous silica powder designed for use as a matting agent, anti-blocking additive, and viscosity stabilizer. As part of the SYLYSIA 400 series, it is characterised by high porosity, chemical purity, and low bulk density, enabling efficient gloss reduction, adhesion enhancement, and sedimentation control. SYLYSIA® 460 is well-suited for applications in coatings, plastic films, adhesives, paper products, and personal care formulations. Its consistent particle size and pore structure support excellent flowability, durability, and long-term stability across solvent and water-based systems.
