Propylene Glycol USP/EP
Propylene Glycol USP/EP is a high-purity grade of monopropylene glycol used as a feedstock for resin, plasticizers, surfactants, emulsifiers, and demulsifiers. It serves as a solvent for paints, plastics, pigments, and flavoring agents. Propylene Glycol USP/EP is employed in deicing solutions and antifreeze for vehicles and as an antifreeze, hygroscopic agent, lubricant, and solvent in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic products. It is a clear, colorless, odorless, slightly viscous liquid that is water-soluble and hygroscopic. It complies with USP, EP, JP, and FCC standards and is Kosher and Halal certified.
