Paragum 630 (HASE) is a hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable acrylic copolymer dispersion used as a high-efficiency thickener. When neutralized with an alkali, such as ammonia or caustic, it rapidly thickens in situ, making it ideal for coatings, adhesives, dispersions, and solutions. Paragum 630 offers easy handling, safety, and consistent thickening efficiency, producing a buttery viscoelastic flow. It is used in applications like mastic formulas, adhesives, grouts, paints, textiles, inks, and industrial cleaners. Additionally, it is environmentally friendly, free of APEs, heavy metals, and solvents, with low VOC content.
