FEISPARTIC F423 is a high-purity, solvent-free polyaspartic resin developed as an aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates in advanced coating and elastomer systems. It features low viscosity and very low residual fumarate monomer content, enabling the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings with improved environmental performance. The resin exhibits high reactivity, achieving rapid surface drying in as little as 15 minutes when reacted with HDI trimers, enhancing production efficiency. It delivers coatings with excellent gloss, leveling, and film fullness, along with outstanding resistance to weathering, water, chemicals, and abrasion. Additionally, it provides strong adhesion to plastics and metals, broad compatibility with other resins, and versatility for both elastic systems (high elongation and tensile strength) and rigid coatings requiring high hardness and durability.
