APS-442

Advanced Polymer

Advanced Polymer

APS-442 is an organo-modified silicone glycol copolymer that reduces surface tension at concentrations as low as 1%. It improves wetting, levels surfaces, prevents cratering, and enhances hydrophilicity across diverse substrates. Compatible with water, alcohols, glycols, and polyethers, APS-442 functions as a mold release agent, leveling agent, and additive in dressing formulations. It is particularly effective in water-based applications such as tire dressings, vinyl coatings, and paints where surface smoothness and performance are critical.
