Advanced Polymer
AP-0281 is a reactive, high-solids silane/siloxane emulsion developed for use as a hydrophobic additive in waterborne paints, stains, and coatings. It imparts long-lasting water repellency and prevents water staining on substrates such as wood, composites, masonry, stucco, decks, fences, and concrete. Offering excellent wear resistance and non-yellowing color stability, AP-0281 is compatible with a wide range of waterborne resins. It may be used as a standalone sealer or incorporated at 1-10% into coating formulations for optimal hydrophobic performance.
